Easy! Go ahead and input your tracking number above and it'll give you the up to date tracking details. You can get your tracking number from your order status page or the shipping confirmation email we sent to you from support@paintcanvasaction.com. 

When you look up your order, does it say "TRACKING DOES NOT EXIST?" Not to worry. This could be happening for 1 of 2 reasons. 

  1. Go back and triple check you've input the number we sent you. Easiest way to avoid errors is to highlight the number we sent you from email or the order status page, right click and copy the number. Then come back here, right click and paste the number. This avoids any manual typo errors. If you've done that and it's correct...
  2. The order just likely hasn't been completely processed by our shippers yet. We create the tracking number the moment our supplier fulfills your order. So come back in 7-14 days and you'll likely see an update that it's with our shipping carrier at that point. 

If all else fails and 7-14 days passes with no update, please contact us below and we'll investigate.

Q: Where is my order?

A: As soon as we receive your tracking number from our overseas suppliers, we send the updated shipping info via email or text (whichever you selected at checkout). To see up to date info, you can insert your tracking number above. 

Q: Why is my order taking so long to get here?

A: We strive to fulfill all orders within 3 business days after we receive them. At that point, our warehouse goes to work to print your high quality canvas on demand which can take up to 5 business days. Because we work with many overseas suppliers, processing times may be a bit longer than you're used to. Orders typically arrive to your destination anywhere from 12-30 days after the day you placed your order. It's also how we can guarantee our customers FREE shipping worldwide. If you're reading this and it's less than 30 days from when you ordered, your item(s) are likely still in transit. If it's been 30+ days, please reach out to us below. 

Q: Why did I only receive part of my order?

A: In order to get you your order as soon as possible, we send as soon as we get each item. We also ship from different locations based on what your ordered. Different parts of your order are likely to arrive separately and at different times. But each has its own tracking number to give you peace of mind.

Q: Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?

A: As noted above, we ship items as soon as we get them and from different locations. So separate tracking numbers means separate shipments.

Q: What shipping carrier do you use?

A: After clearing customs, you can expect to receive via a local carrier (typically USPS if located in the USA). 

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: ABSOLUTELY. We never store payment information. We only use the most secure payment methods around (like Paypal, Amazon, and Shopify) which are trusted by millions of members, customers, and companies worldwide.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer our customers Hassle-Free Returns. Not what you were expecting? All you need to do is contact us and send the package to our Seattle, Washington location and we'll give you a full refund upon our receipt of the package. No questions asked! We always love improving on feedback though, so we may ask you what you were expecting so we can improve for future orders. Full return policy located here. 

Q: What is your exchange policy?

A: Did you open up your package and change your mind on wanting another canvas? Not a problem. As returns work, you can send the entire package to our Seattle, Washington location and we'll work through which item you want from our store and ship out to you when we receive your return.
